  • Prosecuters are hired to prosecute. In this case, a hired gun prosecuter was brought in to drum up charges - she has done her job. Whether or not the charges will stick is an entirely different story. If he shot the guy without provocation, then I hope he goes to jail.

  • It's disturbing that this guy shot and killed a boy, and is not sitting in jail. Racism or not, the police are handling this horribly. I've seen prosecuters make arrests with much less informaton, this is crazy.
